How do you notice you’re in need of relaxation?

“When I start feeling agitated, I know I have to slow down. It helps to sit down on my own for a while, I really like silence and can be alone very well. That's how I regenerate.”

What do you do when spending time alone?

“The heart coherence breathing techniques are so simple, yet incredibly powerful and effective. Short meditation moments or a walk outside are also great ways for me to relax.”

What has conscious breathing brought you?

“By regularly doing breathing exercises, I notice that I remain much calmer in stressful situations and under pressure. I feel less rushed. Breathing is very calming and soothing. Thanks to the breath you can better put things into perspective and enjoy the present moment more consciously. I see so many people racing through life at frighteningly high speed.”

What’s your favorite moment to use moonbird?

“I use my moonbird during my day for short breaks, or whenever I want to enjoy a longer moment of relaxation. I have six moonbirds that I use for my clients, people can try them out at home for two weeks. Most of them are very enthusiastic, sometimes people decide to get their own moonbird.”

What do you like about breathing with moonbird?

“Moonbird is like a little bird that breathes in your hand. It guides you with a specific breathing rhythm and it feels very intuitive and pleasant.
