Our mission

At moonbird we are focused on making breathwork accessible, cool and convenient. We want people, both adults and children, to live healthier and happier lives. Just by breathing. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people who are great at what they do. We want you to thrive, and nurture moonbird’s needs at the same time. This way we all thrive - the sky is the limit.

Open positions

Growth Marketeer Apprentice

Brussels

Full-time

Moonbird is a health tech startup with HQ in Brussels, Belgium. We develop and successfully commercialize the world’s first handheld device to help people do breathing exercises, adding to their mental wellbeing.  We are focused on making breathwork accessible, cool and convenient. Moonbird is focused on giving every person, both adults and children, a moment of rest by experiencing breathwork.

To help us achieve this mission, we are looking for a Growth Marketeer Apprentice to join us. If you want to learn how to grow an e-commerce business through paid advertising, building and optimizing funnels, using data to your advantage, and more,...  you should talk us. You’ll work side-by-side with Jonatan, who’s going to teach you how you can ‘engineer’ growth.

Required qualifications

  • A background that convinces us that you (1) are ambitious to learn, (2) enjoy working with numbers, (3) are proficient with digital tools, (4) prefer to get things done rather than wait around and (5) want feedback in the form of coaching instead of constant (dis)approval.

Bonus requirements

  • Background with data; e.g. Jonatan is an engineer and algorithm specialist by education, which helps tremendously for a Growth Marketing role.
  • Web development experience; the more skills you have here, the more responsibility you’ll be able to grow and carry responsibility within the team. This could range from experience with 3rd party tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager) to full-stack development.
  • Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing experience.
  • Digital media buying / ppc experience.

Your role will be to

  • Create wonderful digital customer journeys
  • Set up and run paid advertising campaigns (from a technical perspective, not a creative one)
  • Build, launch and optimise landing pages
  • Extract data,  analyse it, hypothesise experiments and implement them
  • Run A/B tests
  • Adjust and improve our user tracking and data pipelines (if this interests you).

In return, we give you

  • The skills you need for any further career that benefits from digital marketing
  • An awesome team with company retreats, workshops about breathing etc...
  • The best view in Brussels (WeWork Botanic tower)
  • A competitive salary
  • Flexibility when you work / where you work
  • Opportunities as the company grows
  • The ability to make an impact in people’s lives

The topics we cover are related to mindfulness, wellbeing and happiness so an interest in these is a plus (but not a must).
