Moonbird is a health tech startup with HQ in Antwerp, Belgium. We develop and successfully commercialize the world’s first handheld device to help people do breathing exercises, improving well-being in a simple and accessible way. We are focused on making breathwork practical, human, and part of everyday life.
To support our growing team, we are looking for a Conversion & Lifecycle Manager. This is a pivotal role for a strategic architect who thrives on optimizing the customer journey. You are the owner of our owned channels at the bottom of the funnel. Your mission is twofold: converting people who know us into customers, and managing the lifecycle of those customers to ensure they get the most value out of our breathing ecosystem while maximizing revenue.
The role
You will be the bridge between traffic and revenue. This is a role for a “scientific creative” who combines conceptual journey thinking with a hypothesis-driven testing mindset. You are equally comfortable designing a new landing page experiment, mapping out a complex email flow, or analyzing retention cohorts.
Website and conversion optimization
Channel ownership: Taking full ownership of the website channel, ensuring it is a high-performing engine for conversion.
Landing page and PDP optimization: Creating and optimizing landing pages and product detail pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Experimentation: Implementing promos, running A/B tests, and making data-backed changes to the site to continuously improve results.
Trend research: Keeping a finger on the pulse of e-commerce trends and competitor tactics to ensure moonbird stays ahead of the curve.
Lifecycle and owned channels
Journey architecture: Designing and implementing strong customer journeys across email, in-app communications, and push notifications.
Segmentation strategy: Developing conceptual strategies for different customer segments, defining specific journeys for cross-sells and upsells.
Content and creativity: Bringing out-of-the-box ideas to life by crafting compelling content for emails and in-app messages that resonate with our users.
Value maximization: Ensuring customers stay with us longer and get the most possible value out of the moonbird ecosystem.
Analysis and reporting
Data ownership: Owning the data for your channels, ensuring we are measuring the right metrics and tracking is accurate.
Insights and reporting: Analyzing cohorts, conversion funnels, and retention metrics to generate actionable insights for the team.
Forecasting: Estimating the impact of your experiments and reporting on the results to validate your hypotheses.

We are soon launching a new version of the app which includes a paid subscription. You will play a key role in expanding our hardware ecosystem with a recurring revenue model.

What we’re looking for
Previous experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Lifecycle Marketing, or CRM within an e-commerce or SaaS environment.
You are data-driven and comfortable defining experiments, measuring results, and generating insights.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo), Shopify, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4). You are savvy with AI tools and use them to accelerate your workflow.
Strong professional communication skills in both Dutch and English.
A genuine interest in wellness, health, DTC, and e-commerce.
You can zoom out and visualize complex user flows. You understand how different touchpoints (web, email, app) interact to create a cohesive experience.
You have a clear vision for how to grow our owned channels and the ability to execute that vision.
You can come up with creative, out-of-the-box ideas for content and promos, but you are also pragmatic enough to implement them quickly and efficiently.
Moonbird is a health tech startup with HQ in Antwerp, Belgium. We’re looking for a Creative Content Creator & Strategist to own the visual story of our brand across paid social and organic channels.
The role
Producing high-performing static and video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. This includes filming, editing, and motion graphics.
Managing and creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn channels to build our community.
Owning the posting schedule, community engagement, and brand voice across our social platforms.
Crafting compelling captions, ad copy, and on-screen text that resonates with our audience (your words drive the visual story).
Defining and formulating our creative roadmap, what stories are we telling next?
Analyzing how your creatives perform (CTR, conversion rate, hook rate, hold rate) to generate insights for the next batch of content.
What we’re looking for
Proficiency with video editing and design tools to produce high-quality assets efficiently.
A strong curiosity and affinity for AI tools. You have experience with how AI improves and accelerates creative production.
Previous experience in a similar role within an agency or e-commerce company is a strong plus.
Strong professional communication skills in both Dutch and English.
A genuine interest in wellness, health, DTC, and e-commerce.
A proven track record of engaging short-form video and digital content.
