One moonbird in the colour you pick, with its magnetic USB-C charging cable. One pack of 30 nasal strips. One pack of 30 mouth strips. One sleep mask, 85% cotton and 15% polyester, 2.5 oz, with an adjustable strap.
Moonbird guides you through slow breathing at around 6 breaths per minute. You breathe in as it expands in your hand and out as it contracts, so you can keep your eyes closed. The two strips and the mask then set the night up: air through the nose, lips closed, room dark.
Both strips are single use. Make sure your skin is clean and dry, place the nasal strip across the bridge of your nose and press the ends, then place the mouth strip over closed lips. Wear either for up to 8 hours and peel off gently from one end.
Do not apply strips over sores, sunburn or irritated skin. Not for children under 5. Do not use mouth strips if you are congested, feeling sick or have been drinking alcohol. Talk to your doctor before use if you have or suspect sleep apnea or another respiratory condition.
Why these four belong together
A night rarely goes wrong in only one place. You get into bed with a busy head, your nose is half blocked, your mouth falls open, and the room never gets properly dark.
Each piece in this pack answers one of those. Together they make a routine you can repeat in the same order every night, without having to think about it.
Before bed
Slow the breathing down
Sit with moonbird for a few minutes and let your breath follow its rhythm. This is the part that settles you.
Lights out
Set the night up
A nasal strip, a mouth strip, then the mask. The whole thing takes under a minute.
Through the night
Nothing left to think about
Your nose stays the route for the air, and the room stays dark until morning.
When the strips run out
The pack holds 30 nights of each strip. The moonbird and the mask keep going, so most people just top the strips up.

The routine, in order
1
Breathe with moonbird
Hold it in your hand and follow the rhythm for a few minutes before you get into bed.
2
Nose first, then mouth
Press a nasal strip across the bridge of your nose, then place a mouth strip over closed lips.
3
Mask on, lights out
Pull the mask down and let the room go dark.
Both strips are single use, maximum 8 hours per night.
One pack, the parts of a night
Getting to sleep
A slow breathing rhythm before bed gives your body a signal that the day is finished.
Waking up less parched
Lips closed and air through your nose is what keeps your mouth from drying out overnight.
Staying asleep
A dark room and an open nose take away two of the things that surface you early.

What the research says about each part
These studies describe how slow breathing, nasal airflow, mouth closure and evening light behave in general. None of them is a study of this pack.
One source for each of the four things in the box.
Calm
Slow breathing settles the body
A meta-analysis of hundreds of studies found that slow, voluntary breathing raises heart rate variability, the marker of your body shifting into rest mode.

An easier route for the air

Lips closed, less snoring
In a sleep study of people who breathe through their mouth at night, keeping the mouth closed roughly halved how much they snored.
